Time flies and time changes. The year of 2014 has passed, and the year of 2015 is coming with new challenges. 10 Feb 2015, the Furuise summary ceremony of 2014 has closed. President Wu Pinfang, General Manager Huang Feng, senior and junior management, together with the advanced staff attended this summary.
At the event, General Manager Huang Feng delivered the annual summary report of 2014. The report concluded the achievements reached during the past 2014 and pointed out the problems. The work arrangement for 2015 was also allocated. In the report, in 2014, Furuise has still achieved good performance even though the industrial environment was not so good. With the three major strategies, Furuise has further expanded the business scope. The phase 1 workshop of the engine remanufacturing, and the construction of the office building moved on steadily. In 2015, Furuise will continue the steps of informationization, strengthen the technological research and development, make innovative management, further strengthen the concept of service, and expand the market share.
President Wu Pinfang delivered the speech of innovation, transformation and breakthrough. In the speech, Furuise will continue the road of innovative development, transforming the mode of enterprise development, bring more breakthrough on the comprehensive reform. Furuise will try all means to build a billions Furuise and a century Furuise. President Wu Pinfang hoped that in 2015, all employees shall be united and work hard pursue the truth and set down to work; all employees shall adhere to the concept of scientific and technological innovation, and quality first; all employees shall make use of themselves to create a new peak for Furuise.
In the summary ceremony, the directors and general managers of all the individual departments also made the summary reports of 2014 and declared the work plan for 2015. The persons in charge of each department signed achievement agreement of 2015 with the head office. The senior leader of the company awarded 6 advanced teams and over 50 advances individuals. The curtain of the summary ceremony descended with excitement and happiness.
Afterwards, the Spring Festival party organized by the company was brilliant. Employees from different department made brilliant performance. The lucky draw took the most enthusiasm which moved the party to its culmination.
